‘Thorough course for wherever your practice is with its Facebook page’
A practice’s Facebook page is becoming almost as important as their website as a tool to attract new clients and bond with existing ones. It is the human face of your practice where you can exchange photographs and tips and keep your followers up to date with practice news. Most of your staff will also have their own online personal public profile and Susie will discuss the key elements of a staff social media policy.
This course is aimed at those taking on responsibility for their practice Facebook page or those who are already managing it, but would like to take it to a new level. Susie will share techniques to make your page look good and explain how to maximise your hits and convert likes to engagement. She will cover promoting your page, pinning, tabs and highlighting, scheduling and social network aggregating. Finally, she will consider how to deal effectively with negative comments and guard your online reputation with the opportunity to share experience – both good and bad – with other practices.
Who will benefit: Anyone with a responsibility for their practice’s online presence.
